Newgrounds is a great place nowadays but it still has traces of it's origins where it's infested with edgy preteens and manchildren...
Like the type that just blam really short or rough animations regardless of if they're actually very well done or not.
I don't even think there's a rule about how short your animations are allowed to be when submitting here, but don't quote me on that. Ask over on the "Community" forums.
